I would also like to see this, but I suspect that it would be difficult to do. Because of the different sizes those boobs might be, it would be hard to make the animations work properly for all. It might not be impossible, but this is probably why it has not happened so far.

They have a boob job feature now.  But seems to be locked to women with ample breasts.
