International Women's Day (IWD), originally called International Working Women's Day, is marked on March 8 every year. In different regions the focus of the celebrations ranges from general celebration of respect, appreciation and love towards women to a celebration for women's economic, political, and social achievements. Started as a Socialist political event, the holiday blended in the culture of many countries, primarily Eastern Europe, Russia, and the former Sovoet Bloc. In some regions, the day lost its political flavor, and became simply an occasion for men to express their love for women in a way somewhat similar to a mixture of Mother's Day and Valentine's Day. In other regions, however, the political and human rights theme designated by the United Nations runs strong, and political and social awareness of the struggles of women worldwide are brought out and examined in a hopeful manner. This is a day which some people celebrate by wearing purple ribbons. Our server is filled with amazing woman; mothers, wives,sisters, daughters, girlfriends etc, so we could not let this day go past without holding a tribute to our LADIES and all others spread throught the World, some less fortunate than others. New Functions of Ignore Button (Patch 16/02/2014) You can now MUTE the person who harrasses you = You wont be able to read anything he/she writes in any chatyou wont receive any type of invitesIt will also make that person invisible to you.It will affect that person entire account, so it becomes useless for him/her to change avatars; the account is IGNORED not just the avatar.Note that when that person engages in any activity, he/she will become visable during that period; sex, sit, couple dancing etc You will need to un-ignore that person to b e able to see/hear him/her again, relog might be required in some instances. PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO IGNORE GIZMO, LISA OR ANY OTHER STAFF MEMBER. NO EXCUSES WILL BE EXCEPTED !!!
