    So here is my bit: I am grateful for 3DXchat to help me get away from RL when I need it. I love the visual quality to support fantasy or express love towards a one. I thank Gizmo and the devs for all the work they have done on this website and all the improvements I have experienced ever since I started here in 2015. And I am definitely grateful to have met and know some really cool people.

    Alright. Let's try something new. The website is full with complaint - including mine - so I thought that Gizmo, the devs and all the other members deserve a little bit of positive vibe. I don't know if this topic will succeed or fail but won't hurt to try. Please do try to stick with the topic and post unrelated or stuff somewhere else and please try not to argue here. Other than staying on topic, rule is simple. Post something you are grateful about, something you love in 3DXchat, relating 3DXchat, this forum, the devs, a friend of yours, and if you really feel you want to you can also post something nice about RL.

    Well you know it's business. 3DXChat has no competition on the market right now so "pleasing" members further than they already have - adding a LOT of tools and improvements since the game started - is perhaps not priority at the moment. We don't know what all the things they have to deal with. I am guessing that with the new EU regulations they might have to go through some legal adjustments as well. In it's current state they don't protect creators like Second Life or Sansar. They don't have to, but eventually they might.

    If we want to be technical yes the owner can enter - in USA I think it requires two days notice or such, in UK just a phone call. Might not be the perfect analogy and sure anyone can nitpick on details but it does supports the point. Gizmo owns the right to your rooms and he can do whatever he wants with it decide who can have access to it.

    I agree that mods and admins should pay closer attention to this forum or have people do it so. I however disagree that Gizmo should change anything about the "ownership" of the room designs. Let me put this in an analogy. If you rent a house from me. We agree on a monthly price that includes and allows you to use the premises. Then you decide you want to paint the walls, decor the whole house. It's not in our contract but you still do it using all kind of tricky ways so I see how much you like doing that and I give you the official go for it instead of using "hacked dll" tools I give you my tools. I give you paint. I give you nails, hammer, all the nine yards and tell you, "here you go, go nuts decor as you like, I supply the tools and the material." Then you enjoy it. You make the rooms of the house fantastic. Amazing. It's now a much better looking house. So here is the one million dollar question. I didn't ask you to decor the rooms. You wanted to do it. I gave you tools and materials. Now they look amazing. So who owns those rooms in my house now?

    Compering it to Second Life 3DXchat uses much less juice. Newer engine of course plus everything is already on the computer so it won't need to render and re-render all the time as you move around but I agree with Kimmy, I think running it on x64 would certainly help.

    lol yeah it is a time consuming thing for busy RL. And yes drama we had back then and sure we have now. But fame always has a price lol Of course when I have enough of that fame I go off the grid like I did last year. I just got back and everything was peachy while I was just fornicating for fun. Once I announced that JBHeat is coming back it has started lol But yeah it's part of it. I don't mind anymore. It's just how it is. Anyway thanks for your interest. Best of luck to you as well!

    Oh I see. Nah it was just politics. In 2016 I had a gender verification request posted on our website. We never really needed it but there was a series of drama involved related who should be in our movies and among other things that announcement helped to settle thing easier because I knew if I want gender verification or voice, all the trouble makers would stand down. And they did. Ultimately we ended up with 10 actresses to work with - their names and actress profiles are on the website - and that was enough so it has cleared the clouds. Not all of them ended up with a feature but most of them have got a promo video and eventually they will have their feature too Now if your post is about you being interested to be in a movie you can send me a PM and then we will go from there Cheers!

    I am going to answer this here because this is the right topic for it. Thank you Perimede. It is of course impossible to make everyone happy but JBheat Productions has always strived to have diversified themes and styles. Like I mentioned before The Date is a softer version, slow going love movie. Loveberg is similar but the scenery is more simple and only one location while The Date is more complex and two locations. The Stripper is, well the classic boss and his dancer story, Beach Heat is a sunbathing dream, Double Rebound 1 and 2 are 3-4somes, The Ho 1 and 2 offering story to the BBC RP lovers and The Creep is on the dark side (I let you use your imagination to guess on that one.) So we have a nicely diversified collection but I agree all those movies were made in the old 3DXChat so options were limited. I'll see what I can do with what we have now

    I was married and divorced 5 times to 3 different women. Damn that's a lot of golds. lol Just like in RL marriage and divorce costs a whole lot of money. It's like paying high fees just to have problems lol Ya I'm good now.

    This is the problem with people. No gratitude. Finally got amazing tools so we don't have to use unreliable hacking tools to build something from couches and tables and there are still complaints. How the hell could Gizmo and the other devs be motivated like that to make the game better. They have added a lot of goods and improvements to the game since they started and the price is still the same. Come on guys, have some perspective and show some gratitude. 3DXChat is the BEST adult online MMO game hands down.

    There you go. Now you are getting it. You don't have to use the tools they provide (10% or even 1%, doesn't matter). So you are doing exactly what is advised. The tools of 3DX are for those who acknowledge and accept the conditions the platform owners set.

While I cannot guarantee that the room or item will not be accessed by other players as every saved room design is available to everyone on the internet, if it helps I can make a solid promise that I will not with intent give or share the room or object design with anyone else.     (I haven't seen a topic like this before so I am opening it. If it already exists I ask the moderators to merge it with the one already there.) In this topic people can ask for and offer items and complete room designs made by World Editor. Not everyone can build or have time to build but I am sure, like myself many members would be grateful to have and use builds that have been created by great talented people. Whether you need something or have something to offer, feel free to post it here. 3DXChat has no economy so you can offer it for free or for something - gift, help, service, kiss, hug, etc. - to trade with or for. It can be anything you feel comfortable with and able to do. I may edit this OP as it goes but this is it for now. Happy trading everyone!

    It is still the platform owner's discretion to make that distinction. I own a content sharing social network website. Nothing huge. I have it clearly stated that rights to all photos and arts being shared on it belong to the person who posted it. However I do not provide the tools and server resources - which are not insignificant - for them to create their art. That makes a big difference for 3DXChat. They offer the tools and you are using all the resources to create what you create so it is clear as Gizmo has stated that if you don't want it to be shared then don't make it. See, SL and Sansar has Intellectual Property rights offered to their members which protects their art, but that's again the sole decision of the platform owners and they have the right to revoke that anytime. It's just how it is. When you make a platform, website you set your rules and members can decide to accept them or not and act accordingly. When people started to download and copy my movies and videos I didn't get upset. When some of them tried to make a video or movie to copy my theme or idea, I found it pretty lame and poor in imagination because they couldn't come up with an original idea, but it didn't upset me, it described their own lack of abilities. I guess what I am trying to say is, owners of the websites and platforms have their own discretion to do whatever they want with the content within. It's not democracy. It's not RL. It's everyone's choice to use the service or not under the conditions stated. That is how I look at it.
