I'd love to see the option within the character editor screen to go through various stages of pregnancy. I know it seems odd, but the game focuses so much on other aspects of human anatamy and body function, being able to marry, engage in relationships, etc., it would really add to the game to be able to create that baby bump. I wouldn't take it as far as being able to give birth, but at least being able to show that pregnant girls can look good too and have a place in society would be a really nice touch.
I suppose a lot of people are now somewhat glad to see this poll. I for one am glad that this will be thoroughly utilized to steer the development of the game towards the direction that the community desires. Fingers crossed that this'll be a start of lesser unhappy campers and more satisfied players.
