What I think would be a great compromise, is if the devs developed an iphone/android app for the chat feature of 3dxchat. It'd be a great way for people to communicate with their friends when they are away from a computer, and have sexy texty times, without giving away giving away personal info like a skype addresses or something. Also people would be able let their friends know when they are coming online, etc etc.
