I have a problem only a few days a week when i get the message Connection Refused reconnect After three days everything is back to normal but so frustration and support are not much help I log on as normal games loads fine Everything is there except people even music i can also see friends on line through my profile page. just so weird And need help to sort out if it a 3dxchat problem or is it me

My connection works fine for a few days then when i log in . but after a few days it has a issue and the Connection Refused reconnect appears in a red box I have tried a few times to sort this out but normally just give up. After a few days it starts to work again. when i log in everything is normal with every function working including music but no one else appears and after a few minutes the red box appears with connection refused so frustrating Any assistance would be great many thanks belle
