1) What 3DXChat features do you like? I love the community areas and being able to chat with others. The customization options have improved tremendously since the last time I played and the game seems less focused on guys, giving more options for women now. Thank you! I do hope you continue to improve the non-sexual options and also continue to add more avatar customization. Primarily, I would love to see a first person perspective. I want to experience this through the eyes of my character rather than simply watching her in third person. 2) What would you say to people who haven't played 3DXChat yet? Sign up and give it a chance! They are adding more and more features. The social, community aspect is fantastic!

I am having this problem, too. I have tried everything in the FAQ area and have contacted support. Hopefully, they will be able to fix this. If anyone has been able to fix this on their own, please share. Fixed, thank you!
