Some sort of streamlined interface for sex poses would be nice that doesn't use thumbnail previews. Not sure how that would work, but could set up a system for endless poses.

Hmmmmm. I think someone trying to define how others should be based on their own biased opinions is a little pointless and reckless. Maybe even detrimental.
