Here comes a
 
Helicopter BELL 47 G with a suitable helipad (landing field).
 
The helicopter and the helipad are grouped separately, so you can use them to your demands
or simply remove the helipad and put the heli wherever you like.
 
The helipad is the green and yellow marking only, completed with the flashing lights in the corners,
so it needs a base structure or can be put e.g. on the roof of the standard house as shown.

For the beach party (and other occasions):
 
Burger Grill with accessories.
 
Besides the "tools" that come with the grill itself I put the accessories on a small
camping table, but they are not grouped with it, so you can pick them separately
and put them where you want them:
There are the precut burger buns, a bottle with ketchup and with mayonnaise,
tongs etc.
