Already been asked numerous times. THE TIMER of 60 seconds was installed to limit the ADS and other displeasantries from WC .. furthermore, the MAIN THEME of the original post is not to wage war.. it's to get answer.

The way it happened to me was .. (a brief timeline) I posted about opening up my room, once. 12:45approx. Did the gig .. for a bit more than 4 hours .. Came back 2 hours after and i had the message stating I had a 42 hour suspension(then add the 4 hours of gig + 2 hours of off time which comes at 48 hours, what others have been suspended for as well) So, i'm guessing it doesn't take effect immediately but when you logoff.

3DX doesn't handle the payment. BMT Micro does. I trust the source of the post, @Anaganda is pretty reliable.

I'm sure some people are considering it and you are right.. Money talks ..

Best reply I can give you is.. it happened to me at 12h30EST (18h30CET) yesterday.

Try terminating the updater process using CTRL-ALT-DEL and TASK MANAGER Then go in your 3DX folder there should be a PATCHER executable there. Right click it and run as administrator to see if it works ?

I think i understand your "logic" .. Are you suggesting that the groups that are left on 3DX are the culprits ? We have no idea of what's going on and your way of doing things is .. hell, you're assuming everyone left is guilty of having done it, yet we don't know what's happening. Did i get that right ?

Meh, sorry you had to go through that as well TwistedFate! I'm sure they're doing the best they can right now. If there's an issue, a hardware one or a "software one" .. they're probably working on it. The lack of communication is .. as stated in a previous message.. deafening!
