The launcher only says that they're working on the EU proxy. Nothing about the whole game being down yet again. Also, it's now been 2 hours rather than 1, so... As for supporting them while they fix whatever it is, well, we do. With our money. Some more communication from their end would do a lot to make ppl here feel less frustrated, I reckon...

/me watches as 3dx staff change a light bulb and the lights go out in the whole street...

This has been going on every day since Halloween, basically... and no communication as to why this keeps happening or what they're doing to fix it... It kinda feels like they really don't care about their customers...
