    And who is in charge of doling out the banning period? I've never been banned for anything before, yet I get a ridiculous FIVE day suspension. I mean 24 or 48 hrs I can understand, but I get locked out for 120 hrs... wtaf!?

    This is the whole issue. No warning, no notification, no caution... and very little if no response at all.
