hello, i just need some help with my custom room, it is literally just water. one day i update the game and it is working fine, i logged back in today and i just see water. no house no beach no nothing.

hmm i don't know what happened but after the update all i get when i start the game is a black window with nothing on it. D: is it solved yet?

hello, i have signed up recently, and i am having a couple of problems. 1- my character's profile is saying the character is deleted. even though this is my first day on the game, and i am pretty sure i did not delete my character. so i cant edit my profile at all. [character name Siddums] 2- there's another problem with payment, is it alright to write the specifics here? or may i send them via private message? i tried contacting the customer support several times already, they are not providing the proper help i'm afraid.
