Friend list locking up

I have one character on my friend's list that, if I try to view their profile, it locks up my entire profile page, making it impossible to see my, or anyone elses, profiles. I have to exit the game and come back in to use the "my profile" option again. But, again, as soon as I click on their name, everything on the profile page locks up. Is there any way to remove that one name from my friend's list since I can't look at their profile to get the "remove friend" option?

You could try removing them in game by clicking on their avatar to get the pop up menu, adding them to ignore if option to remove is not there.

Then deleting the ignore in the menu. Perhaps this may work for you until devs resolve the issue.

That may work, but I haven't seen the person in quite a while. I believe it may be a deleted character, though am not positive of that. If it is a deleted character, then your idea would be impossible. But, should I see them online, I will try your idea.
