Connection Refused reconnect

My connection works fine for a few days then when i log in . but after a few days it has a issue and the Connection Refused  reconnect appears in a red box  I have tried a few times  to sort this out but normally just give up. After a few days it starts to work again.

when i log in everything is normal with every function working including music  but no one else appears and after a few minutes the red box appears with connection refused 

  so frustrating

Any assistance would be great
