Crashes with no error allday

Hello , my crash is annoying i cant play the game , tried with antivirus on and off , graphic options , i have redist etc updated , windows 10 too , excluding the exe etc on antivirus too , run as admin , and still keeps crashing , also downloaded 2 times the game.

The only thing i did notice , i can run arround and talk a bit , but for some reason when im using the chatbox on a pm either when i do write my game closes with no error , or i finish push enter to send message and crashes later , it didnt crash without chat standing or moving so i want to know what to do because i cannot play the game , also where are all the cache and subfolders ? i want to try delete all files and reinstall but idk if there some hidden cache or something causing this error.
