Well I hope they act on it. So far the support experience been awful to be honest. I also find it strange that no confirmation emails or even a ticket number is communicated when an inquiry or request is submitted to support. Makes me feel as if I did not even submit anything.

I have submitted a request to get my account email changed. However I have concerns if it will be completed. I submitted several tickets to support and none so far have been responded to. Any help would be highly appreciated.
