No technical support, no answer after 4 days?!? Are you serious? Thank you very much for nothing... It finally worked after third reinstall and many hours, but I definitly will cancel subsciption at the end of the paying period.

My client tries to update from 301 => 302. Download is really slow and stops at ~30%. Tried several times. Also tried to completly uninstall, deleted DIR in program files and regedit entry. Downloaded the full client again, but it was version 300 only. So the client still tries to update und hangs at 302 again. I have to mention that almost every update is a like lottery. I'm really disappointed about this update technique.
