If people want to, or are willing to take that risk, then by all means it's their prerogative to do so. Remember though that the Google/Bing/Yahoo/Ask etc. web crawlers will find this information at some point and index it whether you include the robots.txt into the site or not. It will just take longer.
So a person doesn't have to search a porn site per say to find pictures of you by mistake. Targeted web searches are far more popular these days as is social media, forums and what not so you could easily be mistakenly found.
I'm not saying DONT. That is entirely up to you but the vast majority would not want to because they are: a different gender to that in game (and there are many, some on these very forums we interact with daily - some tell and some hide) / looks / privacy fears / stalking fears / the fact this is a fantasy world / etc etc etc.
This is literally something that is up to the user completely and in terms of the sites owners their verification is just credit card based.

I think that's a good idea if you feel like you are constantly being dragged into the soap opera day-to-day basis.That would be a great way to calm them down. It would come in handy if devs created a FIGHT ROOM lol
