Reinstalling the game worked. Thanks everyone!

Hey everyone. Ever since the last two updates I've had this problem. Essentially my characters clothes are all here but none of the actual character is. I've gone into a each character's rooms and into the character editor and it doesn't change from this. None of the animations work, they essentially stay like they are in this picture. I would appreciate any help of advice in this. Thanks for reading!
