oh! I did contact them through there! but it's been 4 days... pfff. Eva Support answered on discord I told them what was the problem but they were already offline again... like, for thirty freaking minutes...

I'm not sure I have a saved outfit tbh.. when I joined back after months my avatar was the same.. so I guess it's saved somewhere trying to find where the save files are atm

I mean I'm sure they get tons of money every month... some extra people on support team wouldn't hurt.

agh.. this sucks.. three weeks? If we paid for the game once I wouldn't have a problem.. but jeez.. we're paying monthly subscriptions and they don't even have a big support team.. starting to regret coming back to this..

I get this thing.. I use the same account as I did a year ago but for some reason I'm not verified on the discord server.

the problem is I removed the server from my discord account a year ago and for some reason I don't get the world chat and the ticket support.. tried to verify it again but I got a message saying "account already verified"

So I just renewed my subscription and came back to the game after a long time but I ran into a problem.. I was editing my character then some pants kinda bugged, I removed them but they weren't going away for some reason.. I decided to log out and log back in but right now I'm stuck in a loading screen forever... I fully uninstalled the game and all it's directories, installed again but I got the same problem.. I'm stuck here forever
