I recently got the infinite loading screen problem, as I see some other people are having it here. After trying a bunch of things I eventually wrote a ticked to support. The support then replied and told me they fixed the problem. I could actually login now, but the ''fix'' deleted all my characters and xgold. I wrote to support again and they said that I ''deleted my account and this is my new account'' witch is first of all impossible, because deleting your account takes 30 days. I don't really care about the xgold, but I need my characters back. I had them since 2019. All my pictures and friends are gone. And I don't really see a point in playing this game anymore if I can not get them back.
