  1. As an update, I am experiencing the same issue and am unable to resolve it with the method listed. Sorry.
  2. The last time this happened I was able to resolve it with a workaround detailed in my post here: http://3dxchat.com/forum/index.php?/topic/396-ver-193-crash-to-desktop-upon-character-load-with-workaround/ You may have luck with this method.
  3. Interesting, Shanti. I was unable to resolve with an uninstallation/reinstallation. Creating a new character worked for me. It's sounding like it might not be a user issue.
  4. System Information: Windows 8.1 Intel 4770k NVIDIA GTX 680; driver version 337.88 Example: After updating from version 192 and launching version 193, game loaded once successfully. Upon reloading game after first launch on version 193, game will crash to desktop when loading character into Home or Character Editor screen. Bug does not appear to affect character selection screen. Workaround: User can create a *new* character, new character will successfully load into their Home. From there, you can access the character selection screen again and log back into your characters. Affected Users: It appears that only characters created previous to update 193 will experience crash to desktop.
  5. Fun with threesomes. Excuse the clipping `;]
  6. Such a passive-aggressive way of trying to enforce your own rules. The real issue in question is attempting to say, "You should play the game the way I tell you." There is no authority granted to a player over anyone else. That's the real rub. It's why this thread was created in the first place: To serve as an area to complain about people doing things you don't like, over which whose behavior you have no control. It's not a list of bannable offenses, It's a complaint thread for character assassination. What's stopping a couple from dancing in the back room? Absolutely nothing. It's more private and romantic, one would think an intimate dance should take place in an area far from public view. That's the best place for true romance. Right? Who wants to share a private moment of dancing in front of a bunch of strangers. Not me, for one. I find the act disrespectful to everyone in the area. I find it offensive. But I still let them do it, because finding something "offensive" doesn't grant me special powers. I don't magically get my way, I live and let live. I go about my own business and let others go about theirs. Pick your battles, people.
  7. In this thread, we learn that social contracts are not official rules. /thread over.
