Billing Isue

This is probably no the right place to address this, but maybe someone can lead me in the right direction. My credit card is being double billed for two months in row. I called the billing line that shows on my statement. I left a message there explaining the issue last month. I never heard back, and still getting double billed. Any suggestions? I've canceled all billing at this point. I now just need to discuss correcting the issue. Thanks.

this the number?      1-800-414-4268. thats what is on bmt micro site for billing problems
