Quick question. A friend is having a issue. When she goes to log in, the patch comes up, but does not load. The little window appears, says it's loading but never does. So far she has unistalled game and re installed a few times. She has disabled her avg security. She tried running the patch as admin. The patch still does not load. Any suggestions?

That is helpful to know. The answer given as the solution came across to me as suggesting that nothing is going to be done, an "oh well" type of attitude. If you will, it would be nice to have an update when possible.

This is probably no the right place to address this, but maybe someone can lead me in the right direction. My credit card is being double billed for two months in row. I called the billing line that shows on my statement. I left a message there explaining the issue last month. I never heard back, and still getting double billed. Any suggestions? I've canceled all billing at this point. I now just need to discuss correcting the issue. Thanks.

Tried to load 2.0 several times with the error that the file is corrupted. Each time I tried to load it, I was warned that the file has viruses and will harm my computer. I figured it was still safe because sometimes loading games I have gotten that before. But in this case I still can't play the game unless IM in 1.0 which has no one in it. I'm a new member, so I feel like I've wasted 20.00 just to walk around an empty game. To boot, my entire computer is having issues and I can't fix it. Its only a year old computer. Nothing was wrong with it till I tried the download for 2.0 version of this game. I'd like a fix quickly, or I'd like my money back, Ill deleted the game and move on. Can anyone help with either? Thanks.
