Patcher not working

I keep getting this error, tried downloading, clearing register thingy. Nothing is working. Any ideas?

Hmm >_< I can't think of anything but disabling any kind of virus protection that could potentially prevent the updating.

Trash the patcher file in your 3dx folder & then uninstall or reinstall. When you uninstall check the path in program files for anything 3dx and get rid of it before a reinstall. Sometime the corrupted patcher file sits alone in the 3dx folder after a windows control panel uninstall. Cheers!!!!!

Hi, still no luck. I've deinstalled everything and reinstalled, each time the same error happening.

If your still getting the same error. You still have the same patcher error file. The image you provided will not uninstall itself. When you mentioned the "register thingy" You had the right idea. Places to look in should be C: <------- program files (x86) & downloads file if your not manually choosing your path. A new patcher file will NOT replace the patcher error file you already have. Your gonna have to dig a little to solve your problem. The patcher file your looking for will have the 3dx logo. Simply put you can reinstall & uninstall all day but it will not uninstall the error. You have to manually delete it. Cheers & good luck!!!
