Hi , my applied the member for 1 month 19.99usd and my account was already charged on that amount but my order was declined "Reasons for declining an order most commonly involve credit card and address issues that do not allow us to completely verify the order. " i try to send a sererval e mail to cs support both BMT Micro and 3dxchat CS support but still didn't received any reply . Does anyone here could help me , i really want to play this game
