I'm having the same issue. Not a single response from the support team, I have now been waiting for 48 hours. 

I've emailed them, I have filled out their forum and I've contacted Eva Support on discord. 

Hobbes covered pretty much everything with his comment, and it is pretty strange that after all this time these things haven't been added yet. Me, I love character cusomization and I would love to see more options for men. Us guys look so boring compared to the girls in this game. We look hideous! And don't get me started with the hairstyles, none of them fits my taste. I would also like to see a new hairstyle: pigtails with bangs for the female avatars.

More character customization options, everyone looks the same!
