Problem: Available to forum free radio stream solutions do not allow guests to you room listen your music stream.
Search Solutions Testing about 6 radio stream services. The solution is found and tested with friends.
Solution (instruction only):
1. https://shoutca.st/ - go to Plans and singup to Free Plan (Valid e-mail needed). Select SHOUTcast v2 Server and "pay" to PayPal (just shoutca.st joke- no PayPal connecting for Free Plan needed).
2. Grab "DNAS no monetization" WinAmp plugin http://www.shoutcast.com/broadcastnow. Install it. No WinAmp? 2a. install WinAmp Full http://winampplugins.co.uk/Winamp/ 2b. Install "DNAS no monetization WinAmp plugin" http://www.shoutcast.com/broadcastnow
3. Enter to https://shoutca.st/ LogIn
4. Go to My Products & Services/ Product/Service, SHOUTcast v2 Servers- Free / View Details
5. Go to Log in in Cenova Cast
6. In Cenova Cast - Server panel: 6a. Go to Settings/ Stream 6b. Grab "Sourse Password" (Click to left "Sourse Password" icon and copy this encoded password to Windows Notepad) 6c. Start the Cenova Cast server (Server - Start)
7. Go to Cenova Cast/ Quik Links
8. Grab "Server hostname IP" and copy to Windows Notepad
9. Open WinAmp, Open DNAS (see SHOUTCast Source DSP) plugin
10. Go to DNAS (SHOUTCast Source DSP) plugin / Output/ Encoder section Change: 10a. MP3 encoder 10b. 96kbps, 44100Hz, Stereo
11. Go to DNAS (SHOUTCast Source DSP) plugin / Output/ Login section Change: 11a. Enter "Server Adress IP" from 8 (Server hostname IP) 11b. Enter "Port" 8334 11c. DJ/User ID - blank. Password - Sourse Password from 6b 11d. "Connect Using": v2.x mode
12. Press Connect. Connected? Ok. Play something to WinAmp (WinAmp volume to very low position). Do not close the SHOUTCast Source DSP plug in!
13. Go to Cenova Cast/ Quik Links again
14. Copy from Player Widget .... Your stream URL is: http://u.ip.the.someting:8334/stream and copy to Windows Notepad
15. Clear from url http://u.ip.the.someting:8334/stream url end - /stream
16. Enter to 3DXchat room player http://u.ip.the.someting:8334
17. Test it to you room (you and friends).

... * After start playng to Winamp wait about 30-100 sec for start lisening you music to game. This delay is normal. ** If you need microphone use, go to DNAS (SHOUTCast Source DSP) plugin / Summary Active input device: "Winamp" - stream you music / "Soundcard" - use you microphone
