Update Error in Technical Support Posted September 1, 2015 I've got the same problem too - for the first time.I'm runnig Windows 10 Prof. in a Parallels 11 VM. Cleaned now the registry and installed new... now it's patchinge from Version 315... It run's again now. Hope this was the last time with this update-"bug".

Configured the mouse with following mode:"optimized for Games" pehaps not this spelling because my system is german kanguage.
