I did, it seems a lot of people are having this problem.  I also removed the registry folder, nothing works.

When I install the game and it tries to patch I get the attached error.

I don't have another instance running and I even rebooted and started the install fresh.
 

I deleted and used another new install but nothing works.

Please help
