As stated in the title.
When i try to run the install.exe (3DXChatSetup424) it just loads, stops loading and nothing shows up (not even a process in the task manager)
I downloaded the latest Install.exe. I run it as administrator, turned off Windows Defender (got no antivirus), added an exception for the .exe, cleared my regedit, got my system all set for the game (.Net Framework, Direct X, VC++, updated graphics drivers...)
my System:
Intel i5-4690
16GB Ram
64 bit Windows
Geforce Nvidia GTX 1060 Aorus 6GB (with 456.38 Drivers Patch)
I reboot my System once more. would be nice if anyone has suggestions.

thank you for this quick reply! I will let you know in a few minutes if it worked. My fingers are bleeding from searching this forum and the internet for solutions!
