I asked this in another thread, but no answer. 

The "general location" rooms I have seen users have them made as personal public rooms. I was told how to do this but it does not work, do we buy them or what? Anyone know? 

I want to change the CC I use for payment, do I have to cancel my membership in order to do so? 

I have seen a Beach and a night club in the list of rooms. As far as I know, they are 3DX rooms, but are run by members. How do we obtain these to make public? I just want to use for my hubby and myself. 

I don't want to delete anything, but is there a way to change a name of one of my character? If so how much is it? 

I read that when you first go into the chat client, the tutorial will start. There was no tutorial when I first went in. Is there a way I can get to it?
