stuck at loading page

Hello

 

i can start the game without problem

 

After login page, a loading page start but never finsih. I can't choose my character beaucause i can't see the "selection character page". It's like the "character page" is hide by the loading page.

 

Any idea?

Je désire simplement exposer mon petit soucis. En effet apres la page où l'on se connecte, la page de chargement apparait mais ne fini jamais, ça charge encore et encore sans pouvoir choisir mon personnage. En fait je peux en cliquant au hasard, c'est comme si l'écran de chargement me masquait la page de selection.

 

Auriez vous des idées?

Heard of similar problems with people who played the game before with same account and have items equipped that no longer exist in game..

 

I think only the admins are able to fix it so i would suggest sending message to the support..

thanks for your answer, the loading page hide all pages when it appear.

 

la page de chargement cache en effet toute les autres, changement de vetement etc...

 

 

i think it's just my second character who do bug this "loading page"

 

how remove this, if i can't see anything?

"Quick Update.  The admins have reset my account and I am now able to log in.  Just to answer your questions the client version is 225 and the What new panel showed the sex animations from Sept. 8th.  I guess should anyone encounter something similar to this, the best bet is to have the admins check the account.
