With the 60s delay for me world chat is killed. It may be intended to reduce spam but at least I would forbid spam and ban people who still do. Not ban forever but like for 1 hour and if they go on for one day, then a week and so on. Okay, it would need an administrator to review the posts which is spam which not but I think after a few days it would be really clean. Same for locals where some started to spam too. So WC ist left to be a spam only channel with people able to spam onyl once p
