Jordans
Hi, last month I took a month to play and the game was slowing down and freezing quickly. Two months later, I resume a month and still have the same problem. The game jerks and freezes. I have to turn off to start again but it does nothing. I live in France and I have already tried everything. It is really not serious on your part especially for a game with monthly payment. I am using google translation so sorry if all is not correct. Game can be easly launched on 8 years old computers. You just need to know what's the most important for 3DX and I can assure you - it's not graphic card 7 hours ago, Jordans said: the game was slowing down and freezing quickly. Sounds like not enough operating memory issue or very slow CPU. In this case official requirements are outdated as game requires at least 4 GB RAM for reasonable experience and 8 GB RAM with 4 cores CPU for smooth gameplay. Please give us some more informations about computer you're using.

If the room is too heavy, people can get a crash with ultra brand new computers, because 3dxchat is a sandbox in creative/building part, which means you can put tons of things to make a crash to any user. Jordans
It is not a PC problem as I have been playing 3DXCHAT and oculus rift CV1 for a long time without problems. The game starts normally and it begins to hang around and hang after five minutes. I also have a connection with a 1 Gbit / s fiber. I think it comes from the servers. My computer: CM: ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING CORE I5 6600K (4.6 Ghz) RAM: G SKILL RIPJWAKS 3000MHZ (16GB) CG: GIGABYTE AORUS RTX 2080 SCREEN: ASUS - ROG Swift PG278QR SSD: SAMSUNG M.2 NVME 970 EVO PLUS 500 GB SSD: SAMSUNG 860 EVO 500 Go 2.5 SATA III Edited March 5, 2020 by Jordans
StellaXOXO
For beginning make clean installation of game. Uninstall it, remove all leftovers and install again. Since your computer is perfectly fine issue is probably software related. Windows has events log, it would be wise to look inside it too and see what caused 3DX crash. Jordans
Well I think there is a problem with the oculus rift plugin. when I played before (2018/2019) the game started first and the oculus interface after. Now when I start 3DXCHAT, the oculus interface starts up at the same time and I think there must be a conflict. when I turn off the oculus interface, the game seems to get better. ☙𝔼𝕩❧ and Gizmo
StellaXOXO
Possible. But 2 months ago there was a topic here about Oculus not working at all and once issue was fixed game apparently was playable. Although we received a few updates since then so it's possible that something related VR is broken now. Here is referenced topic: Beside that, I'd still repeat steps to 3DX crash and then check Windows Event Log. There should be some more informations there why application crashed.
