3DXchat 'coldbooting' high end pc

Hi all

I've been trying to solve this issue for weeks now but to no avail.

My hardware:

* CPU: 3900X 12core/24thread Ryzen9

* GPU:  RX5700XT 16gig,hardly ever stressed by the game.

* PSU: 850W corsair modular

* Ram: DDR3200-32GB

Nothing overclocked, every part is new.

Build is a few months old and  all problems started with an update from 3DX.

AAA games run smooth with 70+FPS on 3440x1440res, high settings.

3DX should have zero problems with this build.

The problem:

* Hard reboots after 1min-15min inside an USER room only !

Yet it is 100% stable in the official rooms.

Tried:

* different AMD drivers

* different locations for the game, reinstalls etc.

* This happens as well on ultra, low, mid or any setting possible in the game and audio on or audio off.

* Freesync on/off, 60Hz/75Hz refresh rate, it all doesn't matter, it just reboots the pc.

* Also tried various underclocks/voltages etc in Wattman but no avail.

For me this seems more and more like a server based issue conflicting with the RX5700XT, I don't know why.

Game runs perfect on my laptop and on the new build when I stay in the official rooms only.

Any help is greatly appreciated, its driving me insane *sigh*

Please don't post Nvidia related measures as I run different hardware.

thank you all

I tried all steps multiple times, no deal.

Been talking to someone with interesting solutions, no deal.

@Gizmo : PLEASE look into this.

It might be an AMD-AMD cpu-gpu-7nm problem.

Do you happen to have msi motheboard ? If yes Gizmo had replied in another thread meda by misschief check it out :)

Yes, I'm aware of this posting.

I'm running an MSIx570 gaming plus mobo.

The steps don't help me though, I'm on an AMD version and not an Intel version.

I tried running a fixed voltage, but it didn't help (btw 1.3V doesn't do it for a Ryzen 3900X/12core).

The thing is, all users that are benefited by the fixed voltages all have BSOD or crash during random times in the game.

My problem is pinpointed in a different direction, it ONLY crashes in user rooms.

(All other software works just fine, minutes,hours, days... Also 3dx runs fine IN DEV rooms. I can't believe its a hardware problem at all)

This didn't solve it, I hope Gizmo can look into this on a software level.
