3dxchat.exe missing

i'm trying to start up my game, but for some reason i can't. i keep getting errors for no reason, even after deleting everyting even remotely related to 3dxchat.  the image below shows the error i get when i try to install the game, and if i ignore the problem, it simple gives me an error stating that: "the system can't find 3dxchat.exe". 

i played just fine yesterday, and after literally doing nothing, i suddenly can't start up the game anymore. how is this possible? and more importantly, how do i fix this? 

does anyone have any suggestions? i have already contacted customer support, but maybe you guys are quicker to respond.

That's a weird one.  Maybe try running the install as administrator.

hello Alison there are many case that a antivirus can delete filles need for said X application to work 

there are cases Of virus also doing the same .

My suggestions : 

1 scan ur pc (use the scan from boot its a more deeper scan ) if all ok then

2 redownload client make sure you run as admin and make exclusion for the whole 3dxchat game

usually cleaning registry and fresh install of the game following with admin rights and antivirus exclusion solves most issues
