[NEED HELP]I CANNOT update my client to patch393

In fact,It troubled me for almost 1 year.I couldn't update my game to the lastest patch(like the pic,it was always in 0%) except I download the lastest whole client.

I've tried ALL I can as the FAQ,like add the patcher to the exception list ,reinstall the game, clear registry,but they were not work.

SO I can ONLY download the lastest client in 3dxchat.com ,but now I cannot download the build 393 in website and almost two weeks leave the game world,I miss my friends so much.

Can someone give me some advice to solve these problems or can share me the patch 393/whole build393 client.

I had this same thing happen to me , and once i killed it it seemd to patch but then would fail to start

 

In the end I had to de-install the new version, and then re-install it , then patch again.

have you tried to run the patcher as administrator?

I have tried it,even I've tried update game in safe mode,but it's still not working

Make sure it is allowed through your anti-virus and firewall. I had to do that for mine for the Patcher.exe file to work correctly.
