What went wrong?

I have installed the new release several times trying different solutions but the result is always the same.

I enter the game but there is no one,
if I click on profile and then close the window the game loses the connection, my house as seen in the third image is empty.
out of curiosity I installed with the same file on another PC and it's all regular.
I don't know what to try anymore :(

May I suggest the following:

1.  Rename your current folder on your machine to something other than the default of 3DXChat (i.e. 3DXChatold).
2. Make sure you have the latest download which is named 3DXChatSetup392.exe. This is a large file of about 1.3GB.
3. Run the installer, let it do its thing, make the 3DXChat folder, etc. Once the installer has run, it will bring up the login page. It will then run the Patcher.exe file and update to build 393.
4. You should then be able to login and hopefully see everyone.
5. Also, check your firewall and antivirus, making sure they aren't blocking the game. This is especially for FileBrowser.exe and Patcher.exe. I had yo add those to the exclude list in my antivirus
