I get it, that it's easy to catfish someone in a virtual environment but why does it have to go this far, that people hit me up on discord and beg for a picture... Both here and in real life, trust between people is lost in all kinds. but we are talking about the game, many men are known to make female avatars and present themselves as such. I personally dont like anyone asking for my photos or any proof because I have to judge it myself, and so insolent is someone who thinks they have the right to ask for that (sorry, who was u? a factor in my life? because I I dont remember that ..) I've met some people some nights and we forget to friend and I want to be able to get in touch with them again just using their name to send them an offline PM. Could this be added to the game? I am not a lawyer, but it seems as if it is not that easy anymore. It's a feature in the older worlds and still used even by German and EU players. Some use it simply for nature background sounds for their builds. Others for music video playlists and backgrounds for events. Should they get a takedown notice, the host has to remove the content, like a DJ might, but the DJ'S stream host isn't liable. From my understanding they are no more liable, than your ISP is for what a user does. I'm not aware of any cases of this happening ever over 10 years in some of the older worlds where movie and porn theaters exist and youtube syteams are played.
