This is so funny to read all your bullshits between pro suckers & pro haters.

 

After few days, they didn't moderate the forum about shits & insults, that means how much they care about 3dxchat community and communication.

 

If they don't have time to moderate the very creepy threads few seconds and announce that they are working on issues, I'm afraid about their productivity to work on anything of the development. 

We were already aware about their slow work on updates, but facts are facts.

Hate to state the obvious, but anyone try the in game Support team?,,,???..and if you have please share with us all on Forums thanks....

I know I am the one who is acting like a monk with unlimited patience in here........however I did send an email to them yesterday itself XD (see? you guys aren't the only one annoyed by such a behavior of gave devs.....)

 

Update to that is.........I am still waiting for a reply from them...............LOL!

LOL I still earn.....be it by farming chickens or by dealing with servers and stuff across the globe unlike a 48 years old unemployed feeble dude suffering from identity crisis, surviving on prozac and leeching off his dad's and government's money..............but who cares........no one else does XD but that particular dude I am talking about..................

Time to try something else, Conan Exiles 18+ mod in my case, since I am more into role playing and master/slave dynamics in particular.

 

I will check back, just in case the managers and owners hire any developers and/or engineers to restore the server.

 

Also it seems unfair to shit on Gizmo and Lisa, since for all we know they might be fired, on vacation, parental leave, etc. Problems such as this are rarely because a developer or engineer is lazy, rather managers and owners incompetence.

It appears that 3DX has gone out of business and it is time for us to move on with our lives.

This is not unlike those poor people that show up at their workplace and find the doors and windows boarded up with no explanation.

I was given enough free accounts as gifts not to cry too much about this but I feel sorry for the ones that just signed up and were ripped off  :(

I still really doubt this "has gone out of business", Jade. :)

Especially considering that Gizmo announced the "new membership area" as well as the "iron throne" (OUPSEEEE - wrong story, scusi  :D   ) only a few days ago.

Well, Yamaguchi, "in general" you may be right, but... let`s be honest, if we remember the last server-troubles, you really could get the impression, that the dev`s weekend... how to formulate it.... starts "rather early". ;)

I have been around here for quite a bit on and off (4 years or so). The progression of the game, gives more the impression that there are no long term developers and engineers, rather guns for hire to work on an update or two and then the game owners hire another. Also it very rare for actual developers to get involved in community management, unless they are very inexperienced or their company is hopelessly mismanaged.

My current theory is that they botched the conversion of their user database and are learning this lesson...that having a direct link to their userbase is a bad idea.

I am still blaming the chair, it threw the whole game service out the window, or maybe just maybe since it is a different server going from version 375 (I WAS PAYING ATTENTION) to the other new versions (I was not paying that much attention). We all know transferring data takes time well those with actual games you know what that is like downloading the data, data loading and getting killed by a run away ice cream truck five minutes into the game. At least I think it was an ice cream truck, really could not tell as I WAS GETTING RUN OVER.. (Still searching for the Ice cream truck on Ghost Recon). 

Point is maybe it takes time and they will get back to us next week, or does the week begin monday?

Actually, I just tried querying both of those name serves directly for 3dxchat.com and got positive responses. They are definitely up.

If you tried to ping them, they probably just don't respond to that.

Yep. Those 2 servers listed are only the name servers that the records for 3dxchat.com reside on. It's what tells your browser/game client/ whatever what IP address you can reach that name on.

We'd need to know the address the game connects to or IP address to find out more.
