I have thoroughly read the posts to this point. I find the authors information to be great general information and the pictures and poses of form are genuine and correct. This author shows rare insight and dedication to dispersing information in an easy to read and understand format. While this is not the BIble of Domination and Submission or the entire body of BDSM, it does display the Sensual Dominant's views and excercises very well.  Any one vanilla or even in the lifestyle can appreciate the candor and openness of the author and see his genuine enjoyment of the sensual Master here in his BDSM Kink thread. Well done!

Celtic Knots and Their Meanings

Essentially, a single Celtic knot with no end is considered the symbol for the eternal circle of life. The points interweave to connect the physical and the spiritual. For instance, the Trinity Knot is said to be the connection between the mind, body, and spirit, or the three planes of existence. This is one of the reasons why Celtic knots are often seen in engagement and wedding rings, because they represent the closest of all connections.

And this is the Symbol of Yin and Yang.

What do they all have in common? They mark the differences in the sexes and the different roles each may or may not take. they also infer a relationship interconnected with everything, people, the environment, and the interactivity of those things and how they affect us and the world around us.

IN BDSM to many, the activities Highlight the characteristics of the common male and female. Their essential selves. Some are polyamorous. Some are asexual and some are Monagamous. In the BDSM community there is no rule there. Only that of SAFE, SANE and CONSENTUAL. Its a practice meant to enhance growth and development of mind, body and spirit. Can be sexual or mental, physical or emotional.

The main thing is the acknowledgment of differences and acceptance of those, or at least tolerance of them.
