Daily rewards issue

My daily rewards start over randomly.  Sometimes they do not show up for days.  I am logging in daily at approximately the same time.  I am new to the community (a few months now) and have had this problem since I joined.  If anyone has a solution to this issue, I would greatly appreciate the help.  Thank you in advance.

Try it every 25hrs. I never had this problem.

 

Otherwise contact the support, so your account can get checked.

It still is not working. I have sent an email to tech support in the past, and did not receive any response, so I thought that they are just not supporting the game anymore.  I do appreciate your help, though.
