How do I LEGALLY extend the size of my house?

I see a lot of houses largely expanded..Do you pay Coin to do this?

Also how do I change the textures of the walls,

 

NOT interested in hacks...or any game illegal stuff..

As far as I know there is no way that you can legally do it

Cat is right. They do it with hacked dlls. No way to legally do it.

... but changing the texture of your walls is easy (sticking to the in game alternatives). Click Customize under one of the two apartments (in Select Location). Select the Materials tab from the menu. Find the texture you want and click on it so it is highlighted. As you move your cursor towards the surface you want to change the highlighted texture will follow your cursor, then just click on the surface and it will change it.

you don't need to enlarge your room , i'm always congratuled when peoples come in the Vamp's Crypt ( my personal club ) , it's my room 2 and i didn't use the hacked dll to do it

You can ask your virtual neighbor if you can have his house/flat. The flat next to your balcony.
