That isn't a bug, the devs have removed tv functions for the time being as Flash Player is slowly being removed from everything in the world as it is becoming redundant. The developers are planning to re program the tv system to HTML5 so for the time being it is disabled. Hopefuylly soon it will be fixed and maybe... just Maaaaaaybe we will have "youtube links option"...
