I decided to go with a space I would want to *live* in. Here's my entry <3

 

This is the bedroom. I wanted to create a little privacy and some interesting texture with shadow by using the poles

 

 

Looking back at the bedroom.

 

And the parallel shadows the poles create <3

 

 

Looking left, I tried to create some texture and depth with screens and bookshelves. I'm happy with the way it turned out

 

Continuing to the left I tried to get a welcoming, comfortable space. I love the light coming through the windows here <3

 

 

I used 2 couches set at an angle to create a reading and relaxing space in the corner

 

 

Looking back I included a table and chairs for eating and socializing. I used large river stones to create an accent wall at the entry, and a blue light for color.

 

 

Moving to the balcony, I used blue blocks to extend the dominant hot tub color into the living space. A couple of chaise lounges and a tall table completes what I hope is an inviting look.

 

 

So there it is! I hope it's not too bad, and maybe gives some people some ideas. Merry Christmas!

Thanks Rob for the chance to do this.

I wasn't sure what sort of room you are looking for so I made a multi function room of sorts, one that could be used for parties, just to hang with a few friends and also get interment in. 

Hope you like it.

Welcome to my jazz / blues bar! With this I was going for a classy look. A place to listen to wide variety of music. It works especially well with blues for a more downbeat sexy feel or swing for a more upbeat feel with some great dancing. I am hoping to open the room more in the new year playing a variety of different genres. A special thanks to Morgaine for her valuable input and feedback!

 

 

 

Going for the wine bar theme. Place outside to sit a chat and take in the views, take a dip in the pool and relax on the recliners.

 

 

 

View from the bar. Overlooking the large spacious dancing area, the DJ booth with space for two dancers either side and sofas to relax, view the dancing and/or relax with a partner.

 

 

 

View from the stage. Overlooking the dance floor again with the bar in the far corner to complete the jazz / blues bar effect.

 

 

 

Entrance to the bedroom. For when things get heated you can slip away into the slightly secluded bedroom yet still quite visible for those who like to be a bit voyeuristic.

 

 

 

The bedroom. Plenty of options. Chill on the sofa, bed, or bean bag. Or laze around in the recliner.

As you walk in the door you are greeted with a cool quiet space to lounge and watch porn.

 

 

Should you want to entertain a few steps away is an area to hang with friends, DJ, Dance, Entertain
