Sissies and Femboys didn't really get any unique accessories since the game came out  and since a significant amount of female characters identify as non-women, it would really come handy. I have also talked with enourmous amout of people in the game, and they all agree with my points. Another problem, that submissives/bottoms don't have much poses/interactions together, they can basically lewd with Tops only. My suggestions would be the following:

-Cock cage (it would be really easy to create, and also male characters could take part in it)
-Double-Ended Dildo anal Pose (a long dildo for "connection") ^^
-Double anal fingering Pose (to finger one another) or/and with 2 dildo instead
-Bonus: Feet interaction (lick/suck) with anal Pose (this is my personal suggestion, since feet enthusiasms don't have a lewd pose)
-Buttplug (as part of outfits)
