Installer stops at 52% because 3DXChat temp files are created on my full C drive.

Trying to install the game on my D drive because my C drive doesn't have anymore space, despite my efforts of cleaning it and migrating files to D Drive.

On the D drive, I setup a game folder for 3DXChat files and when I try installing, the installer stops at 52%. I noticed it creates temp files on my full C drive. I delete them and the installer moves up a few percentages until it couldn't anymore after each time I deleted those temp files. So from that, I assume it's these files that's preventing me from installing the game?

Is there a way to have these 3DXChat temp files be created on my D drive? I looked around to find information to resolve this but didn't see anything about it. I even went into my system settings to point my Downloads and temp files to install on their respected folders on the D drive but these temp files still get created on the C drive when I try installing the game. Even after deleting everything and downloading the game again.

Can you make a Temp folder on D then a shortcut to it on C?

Maybe that will lead the 3dxchat installer to follow the shortcut link from C to D.
