Connection Lost - Reconnect

I get a red window a minute or two after logging in.
I've tried everything I've been advised to do, but nothing works.
I've been trying to play this game for almost a week, and I can't get it to work.

I'm in Russia myself, if that matters.

The game does not start at all via VPN.

Есть решение этой проблемы? Вопрос в первую очередь RU сегменту. Народ как вы играете поделитесь опытом. Может какой-то определенный VPN нужен?

У меня был свой личный vpn сервер (на shadowsocks), но появилась такая же проблема, тк udp трафик игры шел не через впн. Спросил у чатгпт, он посоветовал скачать SSTap и с помощью него принудительно отправлять весь трафик туда и теперь все ок. Так что хз, что у вас за впн, но судя по всему тоже только для tcp соединений используется

Since the crash yesterday I don't get to the avatar selection screen, after login it just spins and spins.. endless.. Anyone know how to stop this or get further in the login -I've tried all the recommended things - fire wall\ AV off, VPN off (tried it with on too - no different) adding a firewall rule, deleting and re-installing the whole game from a new download.   I even updated the Nvidia drivers to the latest as it recommended and for some reason, even changed my password! 

 

 

The status page for self test connection  is all green. 

 

But tis is all I get on screen.. A spinning circle that never stops..

 

I found a utility in the forum "3dxchat prelauncher" - i ran this and it says everything is ok - even the length of time I'm in the game - but I'm not in the game on my screen, I'm still at the spinning game loading screen. 

this is what the prelauncher says

 

Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to make the game work again? Any help appreciated..
